Delivery & Returns Policy

Standard Delivery (UK):

Next Day Delivery (UK):

  • Available for orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

International Delivery:

Dispatch Days:

Courier-Related Issues:


While we ensure your order is packaged securely, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the courier during transit. Please direct any appeals for damaged packaging to the courier responsible for delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in good condition. While original packaging is not required, the product should be free from any visible damage such as scratches or cracks. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Items that have been damaged, broken, or lost by the customer are not eligible for returns under our policy. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Refund Process

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, which is why we allow order cancellations within six hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.

However, if your order has already been processed or fulfilled during this six-hour window, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may still return the item once it arrives, following our standard return policy.
