Next Day Delivery (UK):
- Available for orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Courier-Related Issues:
While we ensure your order is packaged securely, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the courier during transit. Please direct any appeals for damaged packaging to the courier responsible for delivery.
30-Day Risk-Free Returns
We are proud to offer a 30-day return and refund policy to give you confidence in trying out our products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in good condition. While original packaging is not required, the product should be free from any visible damage such as scratches or cracks. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Items that have been damaged, broken, or lost by the customer are not eligible for returns under our policy. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account. If there are any delays, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, which is why we allow order cancellations within six hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
However, if your order has already been processed or fulfilled during this six-hour window, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may still return the item once it arrives, following our standard return policy.
